Finally getting around to this tag...

Alright, it has taken me a long time to write this one. I was tagged by Monty Q. for the kitty confession:


1.) I might have possibly helped in the situation that necessitated Phil Mingo's surgery. Maybe.

2.) I hate squirrels

3.) I sneak onto the roof when Mom is watering the flowers and then she has to chase me from window to window to get me back inside. It's fun!

4.) I eat bugs.

5.) I eat Kon's food, when he doesn't "want" (want= get there before I do)

6.) I like to sneak everywhere around the house.

7.) When Mom and Dad leave through the backdoor, I run down the hallway and leap onto the door to make sure it is closed.

8.) I double-dip my paw into the water dish.

9.) I eat what's "still good" if Kon yaks up a furball. (Not very sexy, sorry Skittles. will you forgive me? I promise to brush each time!)

10.) I climb on the counters Ev-furry time I think Mom isn't looking.

11.) I climb to the highest of heights!

12.) I try to always cover in the box, but sometimes I get carried away and the litter gets all over.

13.) I drool when I think about Skittles. Teehee.

Patient Update!

Mr. Phil Mingo is doing well. His vitals are good and the surgery was successful. We expect a full recovery.


Doctoring is hard work.

Dr. Kon and Nurse Sly to the rescue!

We had a very eventful day today.
That Mingo that Aunt Bekah sent us was nothing but trouble! He was out partying all night and then we found him like this! His neck was broken!!!


"Oh NOOOOOO...Dr. Kon what are we going to do?" (that's me, nurse sly)


"We're going to have to operate!" (dr. Kon)


"We'll just have to wait until tomorrow to see if he makes it through the surgery."

Time of day: Birdwatching time

Day of the Week: Whenever I go strollering!!!

Season of the year: Spring (bugs and birds!)

Holiday: Things'giving! TURKEY TURKEY TURKEY!

Beaches: We live near the lake Michigan (but I haven't been to the beach)

Song: "You are my SlyGuy, my only slyguy, you make me happy when skies are gray..." Mom sings it to me a lot. Kon has his own song too, but I'll let him tell you about it if he wants.

Flower: I don't like any flower more than the others, but I LOVE that plant that mom brought home when she and Dad went to Georgia. (Here is Kon with my plant)


Talk Show: I think the only one I've seen is Dr Phil, b/c my Dad watches it sometimes.

Movie: I like the tv, I basically watch whatever Mom and dad do.

Soaps: I do not like soaps, especially mom's bath bubbles!

Beverage: I don't drink, I splash!

Fruit: Ice Cream.

Snack: that plant that mom brought home from georgia.

Food: Meow Mix Indoor Healthy Kitty

Restaurant: the kitchen counter.

3. There is a scary squirrel that tries to break into my house frequently. he mostly just sits in the window seal or on the patio, but the other day, he tried to CLAW THROUGH THE SCREENDOOR!!! EEP!
4. I like to watch the toilet water flush and refill!
5. I run laps up and down the hall EVERY morning to keep in shape.
6. I love jumping up the door frame to see how high I can touch on the frame or wall.
7. When Mom leaves from the backdoor, I run down the hallway and leap onto the door to make sure it is shut properly.

Mom's Home Monday!!!!

Mom and Dad are home! We missed them but we had fun this weekend with Uncle El Matto. This morning I cuddled with Mom a LOT and now I'm sleepy from all the lovin'. I'm going to go take a nap.

Out this weekend:(

Mom and Dad are going to Georgia this weekend for my Mommie's Grandma's funeral:( So Kon and I will not be able to post much, unless our friend El Matto comes to visit. I wish that we could go with them so me and Kon could help, but I know that Georgia is a far away place and there's no way that the stroller could make it all the way there. If anyone wants to come over to play we'd love it! Have a great weekend everyone, we'll be back on next week.
